Service Description

A combination of Pilates apparatus will be incorporated into your individualized session to bring even more versatility and specificity to your program. Included are original Pilates equipment Reformer, Tower, otherwise known as the "Cadillac" and Chair. One can expect to exercise on a variety of pieces, with the goal of adding challenge and specificity to your individualized program.
